We will be happy to undertake small to medium batch milling, turning or assembly contracts produced in your choice of material.
Over a period of time our clients have requested that we not only produce
prototypes to their exacting designs but to additionally produce batches of
components for extensive field trials.
We have then manufactured significantly larger batches of components which have been assembled into the final products that our clients sell into their very demanding markets, both in the UK and worldwide. These include components in top of the range luxury vehicles and life enhancing prosthetics.
Our latest 5 Axis Simultaneous CNC machine, with its fully integrated and
automatically loaded 7 pallets, enables us to produce geometrically complex
components optimised for batch production.
